Early Years and Primary

International-Mindedness
Aligning with the School’s mission of “The BSCR is dedicated to developing globally aware, multilingual, lifelong learners with the key skills to fulfill their potential” Year 4 students were delighted to invite Year 12 student, Rania Canales, to their classroom to learn all about the holy month of Ramadan. This was a wonderful opportunity to increase their awareness and learn about the cultures and traditions of another religion as well as promoting integration between Primary and Secondary students. Photo

Superhero Day

Year 4B will also be raising funds for Chepe se Baña on this day, with any monetary donations being gratefully received. Flyer

Book Week in Primary
Primary used this week’s Monday assembly to launch the activities for Book Week 2025. Led by Teacher Adi, with valuable contributions from Mila Aguilar and Valeria Halloran (Year 4 students), students learned about all the exciting events that will be happening during the course of the week, which will culminate in Friday’s costume parade! We were also fortunate to receive a visit from our Early Years 3 students who performed a beautiful poem in Spanish. Photo / Photo / Photo

Primary Library during Book Week
At the heart of the Primary School lies the library and during the course of Book Week it comes alive, even more than usual, with a range of engaging and interactive activities for our students to enjoy each break and lunch time. Many thanks to our wonderful librarian Adi Barrantes for always looking to motivate and inspire our students to develop a genuine love for books and reading. Photo / Photo / Photo
