SECTION: Secondary School (11 to 18 year old students)

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the effective administration of the IB Diploma CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) Programme
- Coordinate the effective administration of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Programme.
- Coordinate the effective administration of the School’s House Programme.
- Coordinate the effective administration of the School’s Secondary Student Council.
- Support academic and non-academic staff members in the planning and delivery of experiential learning activities.
- Support the School’s Service Learning Programme.
- Contribute to whole-School and co-curricular activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policy.
- Prepare quarterly reports for parents and for the Administration as required.
- Comply with all of the School’s policies and regulations – specifically those relating to discipline, risk assessment and health and safety.
- Maintain and organize the School’s outdoor activities equipment.
- Support the preparation for, and attend the Year 5 camp.
- Prepare and administer the annual IAW budget.
- Ensure that students and supervisors are trained in using the Managebac platform components related to CAS.
