Parent Council
We would like to thank each of our Parent Council representatives for all of their hard work in facilitating an effective communication channel between the School’s Administration and the Parent Body over the last nine months. We held our final Parent Council meetings this week for the 2022 academic year. As a result, if any concerns or issues come up in the remaining weeks then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Early Years and Primary
House Competition
In the Primary House Cup competition, Irazú have now taken the lead, mainly due to their teams finishing first in the House football tournament last week. There are still three weeks left for more points to be earned!
Gymnastics
Congratulations to María Paula Santamaría Palacios (Year 5C) and Olivia Arce Salas (Year 2B) for participating and representing Costa Rica at the Gilling Cup held in Cancun, Mexico. Both won Gold and Silver medals in the different events …. and they also had a great time!
Secondary
Swimming
We would like to congratulate Matías Gazel from Year 10 on finishing in the Top 10 in the 50 metres Butterfly event at the Campeonato Nacional de Piscina Corta that took place last week.
House Event
On Wednesday of this week, Secondary students were invited, as part of a House Competition, to come to school with their faces painted to celebrate the Day of the Dead. Congratulations to the following winners of this competition:
