WEEK IN REVIEW: Week 37 has seen our Community participating in a range of end of year activities while also preparing for the 2022 academic year. On Monday of this week, students from Early Years 1 to Year 4 were able to spend some time with the teachers from the next year level in order to learn a little more about the programme for the following year. On Wednesday we welcomed our first 33 inductees into our very own National Honor Society Chapter – we send our sincerest congratulations to each of our inductees on this impressive achievement. Finally, on Thursday and Friday of this week we held our Year 11 (NB) and Year 12 (IB) graduation ceremonies which included speeches from the following guests: the award winning journalist Stefanía Colombari (Year 11NB) and the British Ambassador to Costa Rica and Nicaragua, HMA Ben-Lyster Binns (Year 12 IB).
DANCEWORKS PRESENTATIONS: We would like to congratulate Sara Narváez (Early Years 3B) for her ongoing performances in the annual Danceworks Shows. Although the last show was in virtual form, due to the realities of the pandemic, it was recorded and shown as a film at Parque Viva.
CHRISTMAS PROJECT 2022: We would like to thank all members of our community who have generously donated to our Christmas project thus far. If you would like to participate in this initiative please click on the following link:

AFTERSCHOOL CARE: We would like to confirm that all after school clubs will end on Friday of this week (the 26th of November). Afterschool care will be provided next week on Tuesday (until 3:00 pm) and Wednesday (until 1:00 pm).
NB MENTORS 2022: We would like to congratulate the following students on being selected as NB mentors to the Primary School for 2022: Alessia Chaves, Pilar Cohen, Valeria Moreno, Valentina Durán, Jimena Salto and Maya Cutter
PRIMARY TALENT SHOW: Thank you to all of the Primary students who participated wonderfully in the Talent Show Final last Friday. Over 25 acts auditioned for a place in the Final. It was great to see so many talents being exhibited: from dance, singing, comedy, instrumental and even a speed Rubik’s Cube act. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the many talented students that we have here at BSCR.
