The School provides most of the basic materials for each student. This cost is included in the Tuition Fees. However, parents are asked to provide a simple pencil case and the following items (different by level / subject area). The pencil case and the calculator must have the student’s name inscribed.

2 Mongol No 2 pencils
1 box of coloring pencils (12)
1 glue stick
1 package of Pilots (6 to 12 max.)
1 30-cm plastic ruler
1 red, 1 blue and 1 black ball point pen
1 simple, soft eraser
1 pair of school scissors (small)
1 small English-Spanish dictionary
1 simple geometry set
1 compass
1 small notebook
  • 1 graphic calculator recommended model: Texas Instrument TI-nspire CX or TI-nspire CX II (For Year 9 students and above)
  • An electronic device in accordance to the Bring Your Own Device Policy.

Each student will also need a notebook/folder for each of their subjects according to the teachers’ requirements. Students will be given instructions as to the specifications of the required notebooks/folders at the commencement of classes in January.

The subject of Art also requires the following materials:

ART
Year 6, 7 and 8 1 sketch book (blue)* ¢8,000
Year 9 and 10 IGCSE Art 1 sketch book (blue) ¢8,000
Year 11 NB Visual Arts 1 sketch book (red) ¢8,000
Year 11 and 13 IB Visual Arts 2 sketch books (black) ¢10,000 and ¢14,000

*Year 6, 7 and 8 students may use the previous years’ Art Book if there is still space.

Also for all art students: 3 drawing pencils #2B to #6B
1 thick fine pointed black permanent marker
3 thin black markers and quality color pencils.

Please note that if the student constantly and carelessly breaks or loses instruments or materials belonging to the School, then he/she must replace them. The parents’ collaboration in this matter is a valuable reinforcement to ensure that the student appreciates the importance of taking care of their own belongings and their real value.
